Junior Developer

Having pioneered online DVD rental in South Africa, we are expanding in the pioneering spirit, seeking skilled out of the box thinkers who enjoy a challenging, friendly and rewarding environment.

We are looking for 2 developers:
1.) With 2+ years work experience and
2.) With at least six months work experience
working with SQL Server, Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, ASP/ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, AJAX etc


Job Description

Programming, developing and architecting various facilities and features to enhance our service offerings.

Prerequisites

Solid knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, windows forms.
Specifically in order of relevance: MS SQL, ASP/ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
Solid understanding of the innards of the Internet (DNS / FTP / Mail / IIS / HTTP etc...)


Optional bonus

Software Development Diploma
Experience using PHP, MySQL, Python, Perl or Subversion
Good all-round knowledge and technical knowledge within windows environments.
Experience using the latest .NET technologies, such as: LINQ, Entity Framework, Windows Workflow Foundation, and Dynamic Data Controls
