Gift Terms and Conditions
- Gift Subscriptions are one-time transferable subscriptions which must be transferred
and redeemed within one (1) year after date of purchase by the original purchaser
("Purchaser").
- The Gift Subscription is transferred when the gift recipient ("Recipient") receives
the special transfer code shown on the Gift Subscription. When Recipient registers
for the service and enters the transfer code, the Gift Subscription will be transferred
to Recipient and redeemed for Recipient’s use.
- Gift Subscriptions that are not redeemed by Recipient within one (1) year after
date of purchase will, without further notice, activate on the day following the
anniversary date of purchase. Upon activation, PushPlay will notify Purchaser at
the e-mail address associated with Purchaser's account with details on how to redeem
the active subscription for Purchaser’s own use. Purchaser must notify PushPlay
of e-mail address changes at the "Your Account" button of the PushPlay website.
PushPlay is not responsible for fulfilling any Gift Subscription if not timely redeemed
by the Recipient or if PushPlay is unable to reach the Purchaser.
- Recipient will not be charged monthly subscription fees during the Gift Subscription
period for the PushPlay plan selected at the time of purchase. Recipients will need
a valid payment method (major credit card, and debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard
logo) to redeem the membership and Recipient authorizes PushPlay to charge for any
movie the Recipient fails to return, as provided in our Terms and Conditions. Also,
upon the conclusion of the Gift Subscription period, Recipient authorizes PushPlay
to begin to bill the payment method for monthly subscription fees and applicable
tax unless the Recipient cancels prior to the end of the Gift Subscription period.
Although the subscription can be cancelled at anytime, there is no refund or credit
for partially used periods.
- Gift Subscription denominations may not be divided. The Gift Subscription is redeemable
for a consecutive-month membership under the PushPlay plan selected at the time
of purchase.
- PushPlay is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Subscriptions.
- Gift Subscriptions are valid in South Africa.
- Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable or refundable for cash and cannot be combined
with any other special or free offers.
- Gift Subscriptions and their use are subject to the PushPlay Terms and Conditions.
PushPlay reserves the right to change these Gift Subscription Terms and the Terms
and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
